Ernie Bergvinson,
President and CEO/Director, of Kelowna, British Columbia, has 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and development. During this time, as a prospector, he has been credited with a number of mineral discoveries in northwestern British Columbia and the southern Yukon. He has served as the president and a director of four different mineral exploration companies in the late 1970’s to 1990’s.

John Buckle, P.Geo.
Graduated from York University, Toronto, Ontario in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science.  John is the principal of Geological Solutions which provides exploration consulting services to junior mining companies. For the past 10 years the company specializes in geophysical and geological consulting on projects in Canada, USA, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia for Canadian based junior mineral exploration companies. John's technical expertise and depth of experience constitutes a major asset for our Company. Among his many accomplishments include being the past President Canadian Exploration Geophysical Society and past President, Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario 2003-2004.

Thomas J. Martin,
CFO/Director of Kelowna, British Columbia, has 35 years experience in financial and operational senior management with companies in various industries. This includes C.E.O. of Chief Issac, Inc. (a First Nations development corporation) and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of White Pass and Yukon Corporation. Mr. Martin has taken the position of Chief Financial Officer of Tiex, Inc. Mr. Martin received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1972.

Doug Kerr,
Doug Kerr has been involved in junior mining exploration for 28 years.  He started his career as a stockbroker at Canaccord Capital in 1982 and started representing publicly traded companies in 1998.  Mr Kerr's expertise is raising equity capital and increasing market awareness of the junior mining companies he represents.

Terry Severs,
Terry Severs has a background in a broad base of industries.  He played a key role in the successful marketing of Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. and Amarc Resources Ltd. for the Hunter Dickinson group of Companies.  Mr. Severs, through his private company Pacific Western Services Ltd. offered marketing and investor services to a number of Public companies involved in the junior resource sector.  Mr. Severs is the CEO of a private mining company, Double Crown Ventures Ltd.  He has over 35 years experience in corporate development, finance and investor relations.
